【Privacy Policy】

We recognize the importance of protection of users’ personal information. We explain here the handling policy of the website of our Company (http://my-job.asia/, hereinafter referred to as the “Website of Our Company”)

1. In the case when a user provides personal information,

• When a user to provides personal information to us, we specify the purpose in advance, and the use of such information is limited to the scope of such purpose. If it becomes necessary to use the personal information of the user beyond the scope of the purpose specified at the time when the user provided us with such information, we shall inform the user of such purpose in advance. If the user does not agree with the new purpose, the user may reject it at his/her own judgment. If the user does not want to provide his/her personal information, it is possible not to provide such personal information at his/her own judgment. However, if the personal information is mandatory for provision of the service, we may not be able to provide such service.

2. Collection and use of personal information

For handling the personal information of a user, we appoint the person responsible for administration, and conduct appropriate and strict administration. We execute a reasonable level of safety measures not only for prevention of outflow, but also for prevention of illegal access from outside, and make every effort to protect the personal information of a user

4. Disclosure of personal information

We will not disclose the personal information of a user to a third party, other than to a person or company to which we entrust our business, without receiving consent from the user. However, if a disclosure is required by the applicable laws and regulations, or requested by a public organization, such as a court or the police, we may disclose it without receiving consent from the user

5. Inquiry about personal information

If a user would like to confirm his/her personal information we are holding, and in order to prevent any leakage of person information, we shall only disclose accordingly if we can confirm the identity of the user

6. Others

This policy covers personal information in the Company's website and this is not applicable to affiliated companies of our Company in Thailand (or Japan?). We may change this policy in order to strengthen the protection of users' personal information or any change of the applicable laws and regulations in Japan about this policy.
