User policy

ASIAN JOB
  1. “ASIAN JOB” is operated by Global Web Marketing Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “GWM”) that shall conduct outplacement services, such as a job offer information magazine, which comprehensively provides job offers at restaurants and e-mail delivery supplementary to Internet websites.

Responsibility of the users
  1. (1) Users shall be responsible for their own information input when applying to a company's job offer
  2. (2) To use of ASIAN JOB, the users acknowledge that GWM does not guarantee the certainty of employment in advance and based on this users may use ASIAN JOB accordingly
Responsibility of GWM
GWM shall not be responsible for any damages (mental pain, suspension of job hunting, or any other disadvantages including monetary loss) arising from membership registration to ASIAN JOB and use of ASIAN JOB by the users (including the provision of information to GWM or a third party accordingly) unless GWM is negligent. Also, GWM shall not take any responsibility arising from a website or service provided by a third party company, which can be accessed through ASIAN JOB, or sweepstakes or sale promotion activities conducted by a third party company at the ASIAN JOB website. Even if GWM is responsible, GWM’s responsibility is limited to direct and normal damages unless GWM acted with an intentional misconduct or by gross negligence.
Force majeure
GWM does not take any responsibility for damages by a virus that cannot be avoided by normal anti-virus measures, damages caused by an Act of God, or damages caused by events for which GWM is not responsible (hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”). GWM cannot guarantee that data in ASIAN JOB will not be deleted or changed due to Force Majeure. We ask users to maintain data at ASIAN JOB on their responsibility.
Information provided by ASIAN JOB
  1. (1) Since the information (information of a third party, such as corporate information, information provided by a third party, such as an advertisement) provided at ASIAN JOB is provided at the responsibility of such third party, users shall understand that GWM does not guarantee the authenticity, legality, safety, suitability, and usefulness of the information provided and the certainty of employment, and shall use the site on their own responsibility

    3. C. Products, services, or information obtained at or through ASIA JOB shall satisfy the users' expectations

(3) If a third party transfers the information provided on ASIAN JOB to a website other than ASIAN JOB, GWM shall not guarantee that the concurrence, authenticity, legality, safety, suitability, and usefulness of the information provided on such website, irrespective whether it is possible for users to identify that such transfer is from ASIAN JOB or not GWM does not guarantee the following:
Information provided by users
  1. (1) Users shall provide at their own will and responsibility opinions or information to questionnaires conducted by GWM
  2. (2) GWM may edit and reproduce the content of the results of questionnaires in information media edited and issued by GWM without obtaining approval from the users in advance. In such case, the copyright of all the content of the results of questionnaires reproduced shall belong to GWM.
Change, etc. of ASIAN JOB
GWM may change, temporarily suspend, or a implement a long-term suspension, or terminate the ASIAN JOB service without providing advance notification to the users
Change of content for “In order to use ASIAN JOB”
GWM may change the content of these regulations from time to time. For a changed content, GWM shall display the changed content for one month at ASIAN JOB and assume that all users have approved such change
Governing law and jurisdiction
For use of ASIAN JOB, the governing law shall be the law of Japan and for any disputes arising from the use of GWM, the Tokyo Summary Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction as a first instance
